The zirconium tube are widely used for aviation, ornament, spectacle frame, filter net, metallurgy, chemical industry, electronics, rare earth, metallurgy and  so on.

Adding zirconium to niobium can obviously improve the oxidation resistance and strength. At presentthe niobium zirconium alloy is manufactured into capillary to supply the sodium lamp manufacturing process.
